Introducing our new 9MM drill fixture. Designed to be used with our 9MM kits, this fixture allows for easy drilling of your approved Form 1 internals. Utilizing a hardened steel drill bushing this fixture will give you years of use.
Included in this kit:
(1) Top fixture
(1) Bottom Fixture
(3) Set sets of nuts and bolts
(1) 13/32″ Cobalt Drill Bit -mcmaster PN# 28765A35
NOTE:
Converting a solvent trap into a suppressor with out an approved ATF Form 1 is a felony.

Worked perfectly with my hand drill and vice with a generous spray of WD40 for each cup. If you need help they have a great video that goes over everything you need to know about drilling out the baffles. My only recommendation would be an old toothbrush to clear the metal shavings from the fixture after each cup. Also bought the 22 form1 kit and fixture with equal success with the fixture.

Made drilling my cups a breeze using a hand drill. Only difficulty was getting the jig apart after each drilling – those pieces are fit together SNUG. Definitely recommend.
